Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h30 and weekends on request. We don’t allow handover of vehicles out of daylight hours for safety reasons. However, we are happy to try and accommodate your travel arrangements as best we can. Please contact us for assistance.
All our vehicles' daily rates include standard insurance, unlimited mileage, and VAT. We will only add extra fees if you require the vehicle to be delivered to or picked up from a location of your choosing, additional drivers, cross-border permits, navigation systems, baby seats, or refueling.
We always advise booking your vehicle in advance to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-in clients and same-day bookings should we have a vehicle available to assist you.
No, as long as you intend to use the vehicle within the borders of South Africa, we accept any valid driver’s license from your country (provided you are over 23 years of age).
Our terms and conditions can be downloaded here. Our standard insurance, in the event of a claim, will require you to be liable for 5% of the damages with a minimum claim amount of R2500-00.
No, you do not need a credit card to make the booking. However, in the event that you don’t have a credit card, we will require a R7500-00 deposit, which will be refunded 48 hours after the safe return of the vehicle to your specified account details.
