What are the pick-up times for your vehicles?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h30 and weekends on request. We don’t allow hand over of vehicles out of daylight hours for safety reasons. However we are happy to try accommodate your travel arrangements as best we can. Please contact us for assistance.


Are there any extra fees?

All our vehicles daily rates include standard insurance, unlimted mileage and VAT. We will only add extra fees if your require the vehicle to be delivered to or picked up from a location of your choosing, additional drivers, cross boarder permits, navigation systems, baby seats or refueling


How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?

We always advise to book your vehicle in advance to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-in clients and same day bookings should we have a vehicle available to assist you.


Do I need an international drivers license book a vehicle?

No, as long as you intend to use the vehicle within the boarders of South Africa we accept any valid drivers license of your country (provided you are over 23 years of age)


What does standard insurance cover?

Our terms and conditions can be downloaded here. Our standard insurance, in the event of a claim you will be liable for 5% of the damages with a minimum claim amount of R 2500-00


Do I need a credit card to book a vehicle?

No you do not need a credit card to make the booking. However in the event you don’t have a credit card we will require a R7500-00 deposit which will be refunded 48 hours after the safe return of the vehicle to your specified account details.
